Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Baker to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods. As a key member of our team, you will work with high-quality ingredients to produce products that meet our standards of taste, texture, and appearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Bake a range of sweet and savory items, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
  • Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products.
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the kitchen.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering ingredients and supplies.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals, especially during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new baked goods or seasonal offerings.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling products for retail or customer orders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or in a similar baking role preferred (but not required).
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
