About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead regional marketing with digital expertise. The ideal candidate will create and execute data-driven strategies using SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, and analytics. They will transform traditional methods to dynamic, digitally integrated field marketing, develop localized campaigns, and ensure seamless multi-channel execution. Emphasizing account-based marketing and strategic event management for sales alignment and customer engagement is crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing localized marketing strategies that align with global strategies while addressing region-specific needs.
  • Designing and implementing integrated marketing plans with a focus on digital channels, ensuring cohesive execution across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Leading the ABM strategy for the field marketing team, ensuring collaboration with sales teams to create and execute targeted ABM strategies that align with account priorities and revenue goals.
  • Using marketing analytics and market research to gain actionable insights for optimizing marketing spend, maximizing ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Taking ownership of the regional event strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis, partnering with central events teams and ensuring a smooth collaboration between field team, events team, and sales.
  • Collaborating with sales, central marketing, and research network teams to align messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies, fostering a cross-functional approach for integrated marketing campaigns that resonate regionally.
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they are proficient in digital marketing and cross-channel campaign execution, guiding the team in adopting and mastering digital tools and integrated strategies across multiple platforms.
Requirements
  • 8-15 years of field marketing experience, coupled with a focus on digital marketing, account-based marketing, event management, and integrated campaign management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation, and analytics, experience leading digital-first marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Able to create, develop, and launch new marketing programs and initiatives with the team, bringing fresh ideas to the table and fostering innovation in campaign creation and execution.
  • Able to demonstrate quickly adapting to changing market conditions, business priorities, and customer needs, pivoting marketing strategies and tactics with speed and efficiency, ensuring that efforts remain relevant and impactful.
  • Experience in leading cross-channel campaigns, seamlessly integrating efforts across digital platforms, events, email marketing, social media, and more, delivering a cohesive and effective customer experience.
  • Experience with excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights for digital campaign enhancement, proficiency in using analytics tools to track KPIs, CAC, LTV, and ROI is crucial.
  • Have a thorough grasp of lead management processes and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and marketing operations teams, capable of training and mentoring the team in best practices and organizing field marketing initiatives.
  • Able to generate leads, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with the audience, coupled with experience working closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketing strategies align with sales objectives and customer engagement goals.
  • Able to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, remaining resilient under pressure while delivering results, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, focusing on continuous improvement in marketing processes and outcomes.
