About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a State Traveler. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive Adult/Geriatric Assessments to diagnose, treat, and educate patients, while coordinating care plans and ensuring meticulous follow-up.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and families to enrich patient lives and provide high-quality care.
  • Connect and grow within our nationwide network of top-tier advanced practice providers.
  • Flex your skills across diverse settings, from home visits to digital consultations.
Work Environment

As a State Traveler, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities within the state. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays, and will have four weeks on followed by one week off.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $120,000 per year, based on geographic location and experience, as well as enticing bonus opportunities. Additionally, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, CMEs, and life insurance.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • RN and NP licensure board certification in a recognized specialty
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current RN and NP licensure in the state of practice, including prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority
  • Board certified by the AANP, ANCC, or AACCN in a Matrix-approved specialty
  • Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable and flexible with frequent change
Travel Requirements

As a State Traveler, you will be required to travel for up to four weeks at a time, hold a valid driver's license, and meet our automobile insurance standards.
