Hotel Night Auditor Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kansas City Downtown/Union Hill. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and department heads
  • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as required
  • Execute front desk clerk duties, including processing reservations and check-ins, delegating tasks, and responding to guest inquiries
  • Reconcile credit card transactions, financial records, and occupancy percentages
  • Ensure all guests have an exceptional experience at our property

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with computers and experience with reservation and accounting software
  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or night audit experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation: Hourly
