Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you will provide administrative support, prepare personal awards, and coordinate data for reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, editing, and distributing correspondence
    • Prepare personal awards and engrave names and command logos on plaques
  • Data Coordination:
    • Compile and analyze data for reports and presentations
    • Assist with screening and verifying applicant enlistment paperwork
  • Communication:
    • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors
    • Liaise with staff, applicants, and the general public

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
  • 0-2 years of experience in administration
