Our innovative T3 (Targeted Therapeutic Technology) platform integrates AAV delivery with proprietary technologies to achieve precise restoration of gene expression in cells impacted by specific pathologies. We are a dynamic startup operating in the biotechnology sector.
Location: Cambridge, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct molecular analyses of nucleic acids and proteins in animal tissues to facilitate preclinical development initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of experimental activities in an electronic laboratory notebook.
- Effectively communicate research outcomes to the research and development team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology or a related discipline, accompanied by 1-3 years of pertinent research experience.
- Proficient in standard molecular biology methodologies, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and qPCR.
- Experience in protein extraction, analysis, and relevant biochemical techniques such as Western Blot and ELISA.
- Demonstrated ability to extract and analyze nucleic acids and proteins from animal tissues.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in collaborative research environments.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with dPCR or ddPCR techniques.
- Experience in assay development, qualification, or validation.
- Knowledge of histological techniques, including immunofluorescence, RNAscope, imaging, and fluorescence microscopy.
- Understanding of CRISPR-Cas systems.
