- Develop and validate assays to drive drug discovery campaigns
- Collaborate with chemistry and biochemistry colleagues to improve compound efficacy
- Support cell and molecular biology activities across Flare's early pipeline projects
- Present data and research plans to inform data-driven decisions
About you...
- BS or MS in molecular or cellular biology
- At least 5 years of experience in biotech/pharma post-degree
- Experience with cell assay development, drug discovery screening, and mechanistic studies
- Cell engineering expertise (shRNA, CRISPR knockin/knockout, etc.)
- Oncology and/or transcriptional regulation experience
- Passion for science and drive to make a real difference
- Proactive individual with strong communication skills
