Position Overview:
The *Nurse Manager* is responsible for leading the Behavioral Health Program within a prominent healthcare facility. This role involves overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients in a structured inpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key liaison among the program, healthcare institution, and organizational leadership, ensuring effective communication of needs and information.
  • Support the mission and objectives of the healthcare institution and the organization.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction in alignment with institutional guidelines.
  • Oversee clinical supervision for nursing, counseling, and administrative staff within the program.
  • Collaborate with the assigned Vice President of Clinical Practice to develop, implement, and update policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as standards set by accrediting bodies.
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment of patient program needs.
  • Supervise patient care and establish guidelines for accurate documentation of patient symptoms and progress.
  • Develop and implement training processes to ensure staff are well-versed in documentation standards.
  • Recruit and select qualified personnel for the program.
  • Facilitate professional development for staff through training needs assessment and individualized training plans.
  • Define and communicate the goals and objectives of the treatment program in collaboration with hospital administration and organizational leaders.
  • Work closely with medical and clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold privacy standards.

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license; BSN preferred.
  • Postgraduate degree is desirable.
  • CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications are preferred.
