Job Summary:

Astrix is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our distinguished team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Mechanical Integrity (MI), Preventative Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs for Manufacturing and maintenance engineering support for our sites.
  • Collect and analyze process equipment data to extend equipment life.
  • Perform failure analysis on process equipment to determine corrective actions to prevent failures and extend equipment life.
  • Work with project engineering during all phases of capital projects to ensure equipment reliability and maintenance considerations are incorporated and serve as the maintenance representative on select projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Demonstrated field experience in analyzing and determining needed corrective action in maintenance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PSM Elements and experience developing, implementing, and maintaining MI and PM programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of ASME code for vessels and piping.
  • Familiarity with electrical, piping, mechanical, RAGAGEP, NFPA, ISA standards.
