Reliability and Maintenance Specialist - Night Shift
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability and Maintenance Specialist to join our team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct equipment surveillance and perform first-level response to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including process controls and flow, to ensure smooth start-ups and shut-downs.
- Capture and accurately record work activities, including EBS, autonomous maintenance, corrective maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
- Ensure safe work practices and review safe work permits and walkthroughs to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Verify the accuracy of production and injection reporting to ensure data integrity.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement SQDCM activities to enhance process efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, including BLM, flaring, and VOC emissions, to ensure environmental responsibility.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Industrial or oilfield experience with a strong understanding of equipment operations and maintenance.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft and SAP, to effectively manage data and reports.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety requirements and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on technical or vocational training.
Work Schedule:
Wednesday PM to Wednesday AM, with 7 days on and 7 days off.
Shift Hours:
6 PM to 6 AM.
