The Mark Anthony Group of Companies is a leading beverage company with a strong focus on the alcohol beverage sector. As a reliability engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and reduce maintenance costs. Collaborate with the plant team to support key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective maintenance planning and execution.

Accountabilities & Impact:

  • Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment reliability
  • Write and implement job plans to support a total productive maintenance (TPM) system
  • Develop and maintain relationships with equipment manufacturers and vendors to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of maintenance programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or implementing TPM or RCM
  • Prior experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or enterprise asset management (EAM) software
  • Knowledge of TPM and maintenance excellence programs, including asset management and reliability centered maintenance
  • Ability to analyze data and develop corrective strategies
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
