Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

Monk JCB is a leading provider of construction equipment and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in their assigned territory. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, building rapport with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide technical information and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment and services, with the ability to provide technical support to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High energy and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.
