Lead Preschool Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom space that fosters learning and growth.
  • Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
Requirements:
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of experience (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or a High school diploma/GED (required).
