Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm and friendly greeting to every guest, setting the tone for a positive experience
  • Present oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations, showcasing your knowledge and expertise
  • Build trust and win repeat business by providing exceptional service and support
  • Evaluate customers' needs, working efficiently to meet their expectations
  • Provide hands-on assistance under the hood as needed, demonstrating your technical skills
  • Master our products, services, and company knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations

  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for working with people
  • A willingness to learn and grow, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
