Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Job Description

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide services for school-age students in grades K-12. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working in a school setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assist with data collection and progress monitoring to ensure student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related activities as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure preferred but not required
