About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at IICA Speech. As a SLPA, you will work closely with our speech-language pathologists to provide assessment and treatment services to clients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist speech-language pathologists in conducting client screenings, implementing treatment plans, and remediation of speech and language skills.
  • Collect and compile data to document clients' performance and assess program quality.
  • Perform support duties such as preparing materials and maintaining supplies.

Requirements:

  • Current California SLPA License
  • Active listening and organization skills

About IICA Speech:

IICA Speech was formed in 2004 by founder, Amy Haught. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy. We began in the south bay and currently have clinics in San Jose CA, Roseville CA, and Kalispell/Whitefish MT. We currently have a clinical staff of 17 with lots of support from our admin team of 10.
