Job Description
The National Guard Employment Network is looking for a highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to join its team. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance department by managing maintenance schedules, tracking work orders, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Job
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your organizational skills, work collaboratively with the team, and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities. Your duties will include generating and distributing work orders, updating maintenance plans, and reporting on metrics. You will also assist with staffing activities, maintain safety data, and track planner data.

Responsibilities and Requirements
Generate weekly order revisions and enter completed work orders into SAP daily
Update PMs and job plans as needed for new equipment or modifications
Track past due maintenance work and manage maintenance schedules
Assist with staffing activities and report weekly and monthly metrics
Maintain required monthly safety data and update intervention scorecard data

Qualifications and Salary
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 4 years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must also be able to work with sensitive confidential information, communicate effectively in a team-based environment, and possess excellent organizational skills. This role is eligible for an annual merit-increase program and targets a salary range of $48,175-$72,193 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience.
