Job Summary:
Epiq is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mail and Package Services: Accurately process and distribute mail and packages to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to clients, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Reception and Hospitality: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Facilities Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including common areas and client conference rooms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including correspondence and meetings.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $16.64 to $20.07 per hour, with the potential for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on individual qualifications and experience.
