About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Retail Sales Ambassador** to join our team at Boll & Branch. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals by providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and fostering repeat business.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Boll & Branch products, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and housekeeping, to ensure a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
  • Operations: Perform daily paperwork reconciliation, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Engagement: Create personalized experiences for customers through our in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation programs, and provide expert advice on product selection and usage.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year in a retail sales role or comparable industry, with equivalent experience and transferable skills also considered.
  • Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, basic retail math and cash management techniques, and proficiency with standard office and retail environment equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Language: Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
