About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant National Director to join our team at Vending Coast, LLC, a leading sales and marketing company. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with our National Project Manager to ensure seamless daily operations and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
  • Review and filter shortlisted applications for potential new hires across the nation, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Assist in conducting thorough interviews and confer with senior-level management to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Participate in multi-state work trips as needed to support business growth and expansion.
  • Oversee debt control and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Optimize profits by effectively managing costs and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Participate in the hiring process, training, and development of new employees nationwide, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a management style that embodies company best practices and promotes a positive work environment.
  • Provide leadership and direction to employees as needed, driving business results and growth.
  • Ensure product quality and availability, meeting customer expectations.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and needs, providing exceptional service.
  • Ensure a consistent standard of customer service across all touchpoints.
  • Organize employee schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Take disciplinary action when necessary, upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Motivate employees and foster a focus on the company mission and values.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the National Project Manager accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and analyze reports, interpreting data on revenue, expenses, and competition to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with 2-5 years of experience in the industry or previous management positions.
  • Exceptional time management abilities, including managing multiple calendars and prioritizing tasks.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks.
  • Good administrative skills, including filing and document organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, email, and memo creation, interpersonal communication, and customer service.
  • Great active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns.
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities, with proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Fast problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions.
  • Teamwork and collaboration, with a willingness to support colleagues and drive business results.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus.
