Your Role as a Security Monitoring Specialist
As a Security Monitoring Specialist, you will serve as the vigilant protector of our retail locations and corporate offices, ensuring a secure and exhilarating atmosphere for both guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional security services remotely for DraftKings retail sportsbooks and office environments, safeguarding individuals and assets.
- Engage with advanced access control and CCTV systems, monitor sportsbook operations, archive video footage, and identify any system irregularities.
- Maintain a proactive stance by observing all sportsbook areas and personnel to detect suspicious activities and prevent fraud and theft.
- Play an integral role in onboarding new team members and contributing to ongoing departmental training initiatives.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and regulatory bodies as necessary to uphold safety and compliance standards.

What You Bring:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in security or remote surveillance, or a degree in Criminal Justice.
- Proficiency with standard productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays on a rotating 12-hour schedule.
- Capability to obtain necessary gaming licenses.
- Previous experience in a 24/7 Security Operations Center is advantageous.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this full-time position is $27.70, with additional bonuses, equity, and benefits as applicable. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay is influenced by work location and various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
