Sales Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a key player, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business opportunities with homeowners looking for a better way to improve their living spaces.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business opportunities with homeowners.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of leads, effectively prioritizing and progressing them through a full-cycle sales funnel from qualification to closure.
  • Determine customer motivation, offering tailored solutions and support.
  • Collaborate with our contractor network and business operations to align on lead quality and network expansion.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Craft, collaborate, and continuously refine the sales strategy to optimize for growth.
  • Provide valuable insights on the sales process and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Comfort with cold outreach via multiple communication channels (phone, email, text, etc.).
  • Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through high-volume relationships/initiatives simultaneously.
  • A customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work some weekends and evening hours to best support our customers.
  • Hustle, ambition, and drive to hit and exceed goals.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changes as our business grows and develops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A general interest in construction and design.

Compensation and Benefits
  • The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $110,000.
