Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Service Representative II to join our team at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of branch operations, assisting with growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio, and providing exceptional member service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of branch operations, including deposit and loan growth, and service ratio.
  • Identify member product and service needs, and collaborate with departmental partners to provide a seamless experience for members.
  • Provide superior service, support branch growth and service, and demonstrate compliance with credit union standards.
  • Communicate effectively with members, associates, and departmental partners to ensure a positive and member-focused experience.
  • Perform lobby engagement, and provide coverage as needed for other departments and functions within the scope of this position.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
