About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Service Representative II to join our team at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and meet member product and service needs, promoting a member-focused culture that drives the use of technology.
  • Collaborate with departmental partners to provide a seamless experience for members, leveraging creativity, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to resolve member issues.
  • Support branch growth and service, demonstrating compliance with credit union standards and policies.
  • Provide exceptional member service, communicating effectively with members, associates, and partners to build strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures, fostering a consultative sales culture with members and staff.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and associates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of financial services products and services, with a focus on deposit and loan growth.
