About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Service Representative II to join our team at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of branch operations, assisting with the growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify member product and service needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Support a member-focused culture that influences the use of technology and collaborates with departmental partners to provide a seamless experience for members.
  • Meet and exceed member expectations by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Perform lobby engagement and provide coverage as needed for other departments and/or functions within the scope of this position.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience with financial and industry technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
