Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner Core Specialist will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver holistic, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. This includes accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems, as well as health counseling and disposition planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered quality and safety by educating patients on maintaining proper health and influencing quality outcomes.
  • Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage, and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment.
  • Document all patient care within an electronic health record.
  • Help develop Patient Centered Practice Teams and respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day.
  • Provide customer service excellence by increasing patient engagement and satisfaction through integration of feedback from patients, management, and professional colleagues.
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks, adapt to new models of patient care for clinic efficiency, and demonstrate core values of Integrated Resources in all communications and interactions.
  • Help with hiring and development of Practice employees and enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Application for DEA is required at time of offer.
  • Completion of a Masters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
Work Schedule:

M-F: 8:30a-7:30p, Sa: 9a-5:30p, Su: 9a-5:30p
