We are in search of a meticulous, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual who will contribute to our ongoing success and esteemed reputation in the field through exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing their own work schedule, maintaining comprehensive records, demonstrating self-motivation, upholding a professional demeanor, and exhibiting a strong commitment to project ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot optoelectronic systems while executing or recommending standard rework procedures.
  • Adhere to established protocols for rework and repair tasks.
  • Accurately document data and observations consistently.
  • Investigate root causes of issues, thoroughly documenting findings and resolutions.
  • Resolve common issues related to test stations and equipment.
  • Process customer returns efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
  • Assist in other testing initiatives by conducting measurements and gathering and analyzing data.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of applicable experience.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve production-related issues.
  • Quick adaptability to new procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/LibreOffice Calc.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
