Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize parts inventory levels to ensure maximum profitability and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and manage a team of inventory coordinators and warehouse staff to ensure that all parts are accurately received, stored, and shipped to customers.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and that sales goals are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible pricing and service.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure that all parts are accurately priced and that our pricing strategy is aligned with our business goals.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for inventory coordinators and warehouse staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, fill rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing inventory levels and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
