Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize parts inventory levels to ensure maximum profitability and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and manage a team of inventory coordinators and warehouse staff to ensure that all parts are accurately received, stored, and shipped to customers.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and that sales goals are achieved.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible pricing and service.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure that all parts are accurately priced and that our pricing strategy is aligned with our business goals.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for inventory coordinators and warehouse staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, fill rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing inventory levels and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
