Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Arlington, Washington. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production floor, warehouse, and office equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment as needed
  • Order and manage maintenance supplies and parts
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
  • Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment
  • Work with PLC controls and perform basic programming
  • MIG/TIG/ARC welding and fabrication
  • Repair building damages and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of PLC controls
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
