About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our senior living community, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, completing work orders, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Maintenance Director in identifying and addressing maintenance needs throughout the community.
- Complete work orders from residents and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Assist with special projects, such as renovations and repairs.
- 1+ year of experience in general maintenance and/or construction.
- Valid driver's license in the state of Colorado.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
