Job Title: Residence Hall Director

Join Iona University as a Residence Hall Director and play a key role in shaping the lives of our students. As a member of our Residential Life team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive community living environment for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the overall management of a residential program, including day-to-day operations, crisis response, and community development.
  • Supervise and train Resident Assistant staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and abilities.
  • Design and implement programs and events that foster academic, social, cultural, spiritual, and respectful community living environments.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to advance the goals and objectives of Residential Life and the university.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year prior experience in Residential Life or a related field.
