Results Orientation
- Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers; recommends merchandise or assists in locating items based on customer preferences.
- Stays informed about current promotions and maintains pricing and visual merchandising standards.
- Upholds standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other tasks as directed by Management.
- Engages in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store setups and maintenance.
- Exemplifies and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Addresses customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensures a quick and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon acceptance, returns, exchanges, security practices, and other operational procedures.
- Reinforces purchasing decisions at the register and meets add-on sales goals, including gift card promotions.
- Enrolls clients in the rewards program.
- Cultivates and maintains a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
- Remains knowledgeable about current product fits and style offerings both in-store and online.
- Maintains consistent communication with clients through a customer relationship management system.
- Assists in replenishment activities to keep the store well-stocked and inviting.
- Aids in fulfilling customer orders.
- Supports visual merchandising efforts, including floor layouts, window displays, and signage placement as directed.
- Contributes to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
- Encourages an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Actively seeks personal development opportunities and welcomes constructive feedback.
This position may exist across various brands, and specific duties may differ by brand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, associates, and management.
- Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent walking and standing throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of an 8-hour shift).
- Frequent climbing (34%-66% of an 8-hour shift).
