Location: Port Charlotte, FL (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000

As a BDC Sales Consultant, you will serve as a vital liaison for our automotive sales team, ensuring a remarkable experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming communications and conducting follow-ups with potential customers who have not yet made a purchase. Your goal will be to enhance customer loyalty by reaching out to existing clients to confirm their satisfaction and to implement marketing strategies that effectively track and document customer engagement.

We seek a collaborative individual with a friendly, customer-focused attitude towards daily tasks. This position serves as an excellent entry point for those with backgrounds in customer service or sales across various industries such as electronics, real estate, or marketing.

Availability Requirements: Must be fully available, including Fridays and Saturdays, with Sundays on a rotating schedule. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage effectively with online customers and prospects through their preferred communication channels.
  • Oversee internet sales inquiries, respond promptly, and provide information regarding available inventory and product specifications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database to foster repeat business.
  • Coordinate appointments for interested clients to test drive and receive vehicle deliveries.
  • Encourage a positive work environment and strive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a BDC role is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
