As a key member of the Information Services Department, you will take on the role of IAM Solutions Architect within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will encompass overseeing Security Projects and Initiatives, as well as implementing and sustaining Authentication and Authorization Frameworks. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing and executing Lifecycle and Access Strategies utilizing the IGA tool to uphold the organization's Information Security policies alongside industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy Authentication and Authorization frameworks to safeguard systems and sensitive information.
  • Develop and sustain Single Sign-On configurations employed across the organization.
  • Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to meet both internal requirements and client demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish comprehensive security protocols throughout the organization.
  • Implement and maintain IGA solutions for streamlined lifecycle and access management.
  • Establish enforcement mechanisms to ensure adherence to organizational policies.
  • Oversee Active Directory and EntraID services.
  • Lead Enterprise and Team-level projects, ensuring completion within designated timelines.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from End Users and IT team members.
  • Develop and manage IGA and PAM systems.
  • Create documentation detailing architecture and policies/procedures.
  • Provide necessary after-hours and rotational shift support.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist with other security functions within the team.
Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in information security or a related field is required. A combination of relevant work experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Professional Experience:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an IAM role is required.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Familiarity with Authentication Frameworks (SAML, OAuth, JWT, API Tokens).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Powershell, Python, or other scripting languages.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory/EntraID and their associated services (Authentication, Authorization, Conditional Access, Multifactor, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills for effective resolution of security events.
  • Experience with APIs such as Rest/Soap/Oauth.
  • Essential IGA experience, preferably with Sailpoint.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
  • Understanding of RBAC/ABAC principles and their implementations.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

This position involves work in a standard office environment. It necessitates the use of common office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Physical Demands:

The role primarily involves sedentary work, with occasional walking and standing required for job duties.

Visual Acuity:

Close visual acuity is essential for tasks such as data analysis, transcription, computer terminal usage, and extensive reading.
