About the Role
As a Lead Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing security measures and privacy protocols within Comcast's TPX CONNECT division. This agile team is dedicated to innovating and delivering top-tier network services to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and drive the implementation of cybersecurity measures and protocols, focusing on Secure Development Lifecycle, Vulnerability Management, and Privacy programs.
  • Utilize your security expertise to provide effective remediation strategies.
  • Integrate system architecture and design principles into security initiatives.
  • Quickly adapt to new technologies and apply them effectively.
  • Report on the status of technical projects, translating feedback into actionable insights.
  • Guide and mentor team members to foster growth and development.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to security initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify program trade-offs balancing scope, time, and costs.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and timely achievement of program milestones.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in assessing cybersecurity risks and conducting impact analyses.
  • Familiarity with Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, and CVEs.
  • Knowledge of emerging threats, including Malware, Ransomware, and Data Exfiltration.
  • Experience in Threat Modeling and Secure Design Consultation.
  • Background in Cryptography and Identity Access Management (IAM) including PKI, Encryption, SAML, MFA, and SSO.
  • Experience with Red Team operations and penetration testing tools is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Linux, Windows, Cloud, and Container environments.
  • Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Solid grasp of security concepts such as access management, security configurations, and endpoint protection.
  • Experience with large-scale operations and high-availability architecture.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and anomalies.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, SQL, and Bash.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to evolving business and technical demands.
