The Salesforce/Business Process Architect plays a pivotal role within the IT division, reporting directly to the Director of IT Platforms. The ideal candidate will have the latitude to be inventive and resourceful in crafting CRM frameworks, bespoke solutions, and workflows that align with specific organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored CRM solutions utilizing Salesforce.
  • Offer technical mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, facilitate user engagement sessions, and generate functional specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with diverse stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and uphold design and implementation protocols within the Salesforce environment.
  • Oversee system performance, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve platform-related issues and data discrepancies.
  • Support training initiatives and system upgrades.
  • Lead special projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce IDE, Lightning framework, and data relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
