Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the Solution Architect for OSS/BSS and their transformation, including enhancements to existing systems.
  • Serve as the IT business solution partner, responsible for gathering and analyzing business, operational, or product requirements for development and solution discovery.
  • Collaborate with various business functions within the organization to identify IT-related challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Collect business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Align requirements with the systems, conduct gap analysis, and recommend appropriate improvements.
  • Evaluate the technology landscape, establish a collaboration framework, create solution prototypes, and engage in technology selection.
  • Provide consultancy for all OSS/BSS-related solutions, initiatives, and inquiries.
  • Lead architectural initiatives to deliver projects across OSS/BSS modules and associated processes, adhering to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Understand and apply architectural standards, guidelines, policies, and best practices for technology, applications, and data within the domain.
  • Supply timely and detailed domain knowledge to support the development of the overall IT Strategy and other architectural planning.
