Job Summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Director to oversee the operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of our physical plant and auxiliary facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and administering programs for HVAC operations, maintenance, renovations, and new construction, as well as managing a team of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer programs for HVAC operations, maintenance, renovations, and new construction
  • Manage a team of direct reports, including Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Coordinator, and Maximo Coordinator
  • Develop and administer the budget for maintenance functions
  • Develop a preventive maintenance program
  • Ensure direct reports follow Family Style Service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • BA in industrial engineering or gold seal certificate preferred
  • Minimum of eight years experience in facilities or plant engineering management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive computer knowledge
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license
  • Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures
