As a Financial Services Specialist at Manpower Group Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts within the order to cash cycle. Your responsibilities will include resolving AR issues, managing orders, processing new accounts, and participating in financial analysis and credit risk training.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact customers to resolve past due balances using GetPaid software, maintaining documentation and escalating issues as needed.
2. Monitor payment trends and take corrective action to ensure timely payments.
3. Review order queues, release or restrict orders according to guidelines, and communicate with sales and customers.
4. Process new accounts applications, verify information, and use scoring software to pull data reports.
5. Produce custom reports using Excel and Word, including financial statements analysis.
6. Process customer refunds, conduct reconciliations, and draft correspondence.
7. Learn to prepare formal credit recommendations through financial analysis, maintain custom records, and make credit decisions.

Requirements:
High School graduate, some college-level work desirable

Typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.

3-5 years of commercial credit and collection experience
