Commercial Strategy Manager

Overview:
Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and deploying high-impact strategies, with prior experience in strategy consulting and/or internal strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of Breakthru's multi-year commercial roadmap
- Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project work and recommendation development
- Develop commercially viable solutions and recommendations to problems
- Build executive-ready presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Managers
- Conduct ongoing industry analyses to identify commercial opportunities for BBG
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
- Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences
- Ability to access, organize, and analyze complex data sets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Management and/or executive communication experience
- Project management experience
- Prior consulting experience
- Knowledge of the 3-Tier System and prior beverage alcohol experience

- Effectively manages projects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time
