Job Title: Commercial Strategy Manager

Overview:

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and deploying high-impact strategies, with prior experience in strategy consulting and/or internal strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of Breakthru's multi-year commercial roadmap
  • Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project work and recommendation development
  • Develop commercially viable solutions and recommendations to problems
  • Build executive-ready presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Managers
  • Conduct ongoing industry analyses to identify commercial opportunities for BBG

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences
  • Ability to access, organize, and analyze complex data sets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management and/or executive communication experience
  • Project management experience
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Knowledge of the 3-Tier System and prior beverage alcohol experience
