Job Summary:

Schlotzsky's is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our crew. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and supporting our sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Support the sales team by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other Team Members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
