Position Overview:

As a vital part of our team, the Food Service Crew Member at Jiffy Trip plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Compensation:
Starting wage is $14.50 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM. Weekend shifts from 6 AM to 10 PM on Saturday and Sunday also earn an extra $1 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow established recipes and procedures to uphold Jiffy Trip's standards for food preparation, sanitation, and customer service.
  • Engage with customers directly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across various stations, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Proactively assist with tasks and support colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Familiarity with health department regulations is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with coworkers and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate enthusiasm in all tasks.
  • Capable of following instructions for recipes and sanitation protocols.
