Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

Denver Mattress Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service: Provide a memorable final touch to the Furniture Row shopping experience for our valued customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stocking and Inventory Control: Ensure seamless stocking and precise inventory control, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Forklift Operation: Skillfully operate forklifts to move inventory and supplies throughout the warehouse.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure top-notch quality assurance standards, inspecting products for damage or defects.
  • Warehouse Operations: Handle diverse tasks within the warehouse environment, including receiving, stocking, and shipping inventory.

Requirements:

  • Education: Possession of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Age: Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy lifting (100 pounds or more).
  • Previous Experience: Previous forklift experience is preferred (not required).
  • Transportation: Dependable means of transportation.
  • Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening: Successful clearance of a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse setting.
