Job OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our front desk team as a Guest Services Agent. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and special requests.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
- Coordinate daily arrivals and departures, ensuring guest needs are met.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Process transactions, manage cash floats, and prepare shift reports.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and security issues, directing them to management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health standards to keep our guests and team safe.
- A high school diploma or GED (or currently working toward one).
- Customer service or hotel front desk experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems (experience with PMS systems is a plus).
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- A flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
