Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Register Guests: Welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner, register arrivals, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide recommendations on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Operate the front desk computer system, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required; College coursework in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous Hotel Experience: Desired, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
