Job Title: US Marketing Lead

Macrobond Financial AB is seeking a highly skilled US Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business and building strong foundations across our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement written content strategies for various channels, including articles, social media, thought leadership, and presentations.
  • Create and manage direct mail campaigns to engage with our target audience.
  • Update and maintain our company website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of events to promote our brand and services.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in institutional marketing, preferably in investment management or broader financial services.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and within a small team, with a focus on planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Availability to work from the office 3 days per week.
  • 3+ years of marketing campaign experience, ideally working across multiple markets and channels.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
