Job Summary

The Plant Financial Manager is a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for providing financial analysis, insights, and control support to the Plant Manager. This role is a manager-level finance position that oversees plant finance and analysis needs, ensuring financial reporting requirements are met, supporting continuous improvement projects, and maintaining forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting policies and regulations at the plant, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Coordinate the analysis of financial results, providing insights that identify business opportunities, potential investments, and risks.
  • Maintain consistent and effective baseline reporting, collaborating with Plant Financial Manager colleagues to share findings and develop recommendations for Plant Managers.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of plant accounting and finance, including the month-end, quarterly, and annual close process.
  • Operate as the Finance champion for the Company's initiatives, providing financial insights on key decisions and tracking progress against timelines and savings commitments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
