Job Title: Customer Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized marketing strategies to drive client growth and profitability.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the latest insights and expertise.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the print industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
