Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more stores, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their storage needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Handle cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work independently on daily tasks, while cooperating with team members and other stores in the area, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing employment experience, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in sales and customer relationship management software.
  • Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle, except in NYC.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required, with a college education preferred.
