We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Operations Manager to oversee our dining establishment. Our company, a cherished local steakhouse, has been serving the community with pride since 1963. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Availability to work six days a week, including evenings from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

- Minimum of two years of experience in a full-service dining environment.

- A deep enthusiasm and understanding of food and beverage service.

- Collaborate with the owner to manage front of house operations with professionalism and integrity.

- Responsible for scheduling, delegating tasks, training, and closely supervising all front of house staff.

- Address and resolve any employee or customer concerns effectively.

- Ensure attentive service by interacting with guests at their tables and addressing any issues to enhance their dining experience.

- Perform occasional administrative tasks as needed.
